Spring is a little late this year! For some reason I thought that when we left for our one week vacation to the Bahamas in March the snow would have miraculously melted and warm days would be here! Unfortunately, it snowed pretty much every day the week after we returned!
It's very lovely to watch the temperature creep up every day and to see the critters outside starting to come out again! Yesterday I saw a bunny, a red squirrel (this is new to my yard!), the usual grey squirrels, chipmunks and all the regular birds, with the addition of a HUGE red-headed woodpecker - and I mean HUGE!
I put a sticker on my truck to remember my favorite place and here's a pic that shows WHY this is my favorite place, you know, just a commonplace view on the side of the road, sigh. The colors are a bit more vibrant than the the bleh pictures from my backyard above!
Back in the real world...
I'm trying to get as many orders completed as possible - todays' order of stined glass feathers goes out to Secret Garden in Empire, MI!
I've also been working with 3 brides with upcoming weddings on their ring boxes - so much fun to help them find just the right color!
Tuesday I was included in a nice little post on DomaineHome.com, titled "The Best Handmade Decor on Etsy Right Now" featuring the medium rainbow bunting. Love it!!
